Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our brain health supplements and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept physical returns or product exchanges.
Refunds: Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a risk-free guarantee on your first month’s supply. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first order, and we will refund your purchase price minus a $10 shipping and handling fee.
- How to Initiate a Refund: Within 30 days of your first order, email us at support@mentaidhealth.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Refund Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Refund Limitations: Refunds are limited to one per customer and apply only to the first month’s supply. We are unable to offer refunds on additional months or repeat orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
